order part ECM/PCM received part - as website states should be able to plug and play. Put PCM in Van and all of my dash board started flashing. When I would press on the break or drive down the road the whole dash board went blank. Returned part was charged fees for Restocking - & programming. When we tested the Volts the PCM was programmed for a 18 Volt not 12 Volt we are luckly that this did not blow something up or mess my car up more. Called and emailed several times. They stated that needed to be happy with what I got! Also was told that the customer is not always right. My suggestion is not to use this company at all for anything. RIPOFF!!!!!
