Kinetic by Windstream  I was told I had a basic line but within minutes of taking calls I realized I have call waiting, which is not allowed at all. For a week I’ve been told these features were being removed, in which every time I checked, I still have the features. Magic Jack I purchased a one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit.  It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!
