They made me to pay for almost two months extra after I moved out. Agreement Vas for 3 months but they didn't count first month because I didn't start from first day of month. On agreement it is clearly visible how they were crossing one month and next to that writing another month.
Me and my wife where traveling from Canada for 4 days and we where wery tired so they used that to cheat as.
I tried to make deal with them to waive my deposit and pay one extra month but for answer I be in waiting over 20 days. They have been so uncultivated and inhuman so I give up and decided to pay.
Now is more then five months and I still didn't receive my deposit. I made so many calls and my wife also but they newer answer back, just promising they will call as.

Don't know the laws in Nevada

But here in NC, the landlord has 30 days in which to return the deposit or give some communication as to why the deposit is not being returned or why the entire amount is not being returned. If I were you, I'd contact the Consumer Protection Division of my state's Attorney General's office and file a complaint. You could also consider small claims court (I'd send a letter demanding the deposit first though and I'd send it certified mail, return receipt requested or via some other trackable method). That is just what I personally would do. Other people may have a different suggestion.
