Connect my DNA Bought a packet to test DNA and so far no results! Fairfield, OH Internet

July 3, 2014 I bought a coupon, probably through Groupon for a DNA test.  I have the confirmation number.

As of right now, I do not have the results, and the only way to reach these people is through email.

Here's the facts:

1) I never received the kit they sent me and when I did email them they sent me a new one

2). I did get the replacement kit and sent it back

3). Now when I put the replacement number of the kit in the website to register says invalid number.

4). I have sent emails with no response.  Just want my money refunded and enver have to deal with rip-off people like this or at best incompetency.

5). I don't recommend buying any coupons --as this will probably continue
