On Dec 21,2001 i begain to look for me a new laptop computer. I tried EBay but didn't like the format. So I went to UBID and found a laptop that would suite my needs. So I bid on it and won it. There were 7 other people who also won this Laptop. The guy had 8 total to auction off. Right after I won it he sent me an e-mail on how he wanted me to get the money to him so he could send the laptop. I did as he requested and went to Western Union and Wired $820.00 to him in Romania. I have e-mailed him 7 times since I sent him the money asking for a tracking number. He has yet to answer any e-mail. I have his name and address his name is Gheorghe Stefan Cristain address is blv.Constantin Bricoveanu Nr.81 Bucuresti,Romania.

I wish I could get my money back. UBID said there is nothing that they can do because I should have seen that this was his first time to sell on UBID. I understood that they have an insurance to protect the bidder. They told me only if the person had sold 4 time before was the insurance would cover the bidder.
