Consumer First Financial ripoff Fraudulent crdit card business ripoff SCAM before Christmas Champlain New York

In the first week of November 02 I recieved a call from Consumer First Financial. The telemarketer told me I was approved for a 3,000.00 credit card, all I had to do was give them 249.00. I have 3 kids so i thought it would really come in handy right before christmas. They set up a day to take my money out of my account,11/25/02.

I couldn't wait to recieve my card. A whole month went by and finally on 12/24/02 i came home from work and there was a box there from cff. I opened it up and there was a fake looking credit card, and catalog. Once i realized that this was a cheap catalog card i was upset.

I read there papers on how to get a refund. It stated that you had to send there package back to them within 10 days, with a reason why you wanted a refund. So i did, I told them that I would have never agreed to accept ther deal if i had known it was for a catalog.

A week went by and i called them to find out when they were going to put my money back into my account. They told me they recieved there package back but, they wern't going to refund my money. I asked why not and they said i didn't give them a good enough reason. I wanted to talk to a supervisor but they said their were none in. Every time i call i get the same thing.
