Consumer First Platinum Credit ripoff offer for a credit card ripoff Tampa Florida

I sent them $45.00 for a $5,000.00 credit limit on a card. I received a card and a catalog. I called and told them I was not interested in their card, and requested a refund. They informed me that I would need to return the information they sent, and I would get a refund. I mailed their information back, after making a full copy. I never received my refund. I say time for action, I say legal litigation is way pass due for this particular company.
