Continental Warranty called me a million times, until I decided to make a deposit of $150.00 on 6/14/2006, and the next morning 6/15/2006 I canceled my contract thru E-mail because I've seen all the fraud on Rip-off. I just wish I'd seen this report first. I've talked to a rep. on monday 7/24/06 and she stated my refund would be expidited back into my account on thursday 7/27/2006 and still nothing.
So I called back the 1800 inquiry # and got the same female rep. She stated it should have been in my account because it's showing it was sent and it usually takes up to 3-4 days to be processed by my bank. I told her I would call my bank in regards to the processing because it was not showing a deposit. However, they showed nothing when I spoke to my bank.
So, I decided to wait until tomorrow 7/28/06 and still nothing showed on my account. Well I guess I'll have to call the bank about a dispute with this company because I feel they lied to me again!!! And if nothing I'll call a lawyer today.c

Thanks for you come back. However, after numerous calls for my refund. I did however get a nice woman in customer service that I spoke to numerous times who helped me to get my refund back. They said something happened to but it was sent to my institution. But, I did get it. That was a lesson to learn.
