In November of 2011 I wanted to set up an account with www.Contractors.com to get leads for my roofing company.

was told I had to give them my Credit Card information to set it up, I informed Jennifer that I did not have the cash to get

it going and she said she would wait until I gave her the go ahead but could go ahead and set up my account. She said

she could send me some free leads from another program they had for $25 set up fee so I said ok. I never called Jennifer

back to let her know I was ready to get started with the $50 leads and they charged my card a total of $625 without

authorization. I realized I was getting these charges on Feb 10 2012 and called Scott at their company, he said he would

look into it and never called me back. I called him again and left a message that they had charged me another $250 since

I had talked to him, he called me back and left me a message that yes they charged me because they sent me another 5

leads! I called my bank to file fraud and they said call the number on the account and give contractors.com a chance to

resolve this, I called and spoke to a manager named Shane. He was extremely rude and unwilling to do anything to

resolve this.
