I send my car to sale in the auction , after i contact the agent , he send tow truck and pick up my car . after 5 days the agent call back he ask me to replace the title , i decide not to do that because it will cost more money, i asked the agent to return my car to me. on Friday April 4 2014 i came early morning i fond the car in my work park lot drop and has serious  damage in it. i  contact the Copart company  i explained to them what happened , they ask to send picture. after that  i talk with manger he said no problem

just send estimate we will take care of it , after i did all that i call back they keep told me they are work in it,and every time I was called they put me in hold for more than hour after that one of their employee  ask me to keep my name phone told me they will call me back, they never did that. However, after 2 week i called Copart company back , the assistant manger answer me after long hold , he  told they will just pay for grill damage not every thing , they don't know nothing about the damage . they refuse to give any information about their insurance, they are ripoff me
