This man is willing to accept a large amount of money upfront, has the lease changed after receiving the money concerning the day the rent is late.

Delivers a 3 day evict notice on the second of the month when rent isn't late till the 3rd.

Did not come to do any of the repairs needed in this home that were here when we moved in.

Is it him breaking the lease first?

We tried to explain the financial problem we were having and asked to pay the rent in two parts a month, explaining getting paid twice a month, we were harrassed, was told we would have to live in a N neighborhood where it is cheap if he filed eviction.

We were two weeks behind in rent and the answer to the court was not acceptable.

Eviction has been filed, he will keep 2900.00, we have to be out monday midnight.

A 3 month old baby is affected by this

Virginia - this is what REALLY happened - you can always refer to the Broward County eviction documents that were filed.
1) YOU were not the tenant

2) you moved from Texas to Florida with your 21 year old son and your pregnant 26 year old daughter to live with my tenant whom you recently met on the internet.

In the eight months you, your son and daughter never had a job for more that a few weeks(total) in addition, you stayed home all day, smoked and played video games instead of finding gainful employment or cleaning your home. In fact, the evicting Sheriff's deputy admonished you in my presence that shame on you to have a 3-month child in the home under those filthy conditions.

There were occasions when we did accept partial payments from my tenant but then they stopped completely.

The proceedures for eviction gave the tenant every opportunity to bring the rent current and avoid eviction, which he did not do and therefore the Court granted me possession after reviewing all the facts and handing down their judgment. It was not me who evicted you, but Broward County Court.

While I symathize with your downfall, that does not entitle you to live in my property without paying the rent. We all have to suffer the logical consequenses of our poor decisions.

The real ripoff is your attempt to move in with someone, import your unemployed lazy family as well, and think that you can live in a house, damage it extensively and NOT PAY THE RENT and attempt to SLANDER MY GOOD NAME.
