I own a new LLC and am the only member. Having paid several filing fees already, I was surprised to receive this demand for $155 to file "required" Annual Minutes Statement.

This entity can easily take advantage of business owners with little experience with required filings. Luckily, I did a little research before sending the unneccessary filing fee to this organization.

Previous reports from 2018 include screenshots of the form they use. The one I received was the same format, but for the year 2021. Thank you, previous reporters, for filing such a complete report.
