Correctional Billing Services CBS ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing impossible to contact anyone but operators Internet Internet

They have been ripping me off since November of 05.

You cannot contact anyone but operators.

They never notify you if you have received a credit you are entitled too.

I have asked many times for print outs of my bills and never received even one.

I have had to call them every week to tell them they are billing us when my roommate is talking to the answering machine.

They tell me they cannot process my request and to call back but when I do call back they have processed my request and then I do not get a confirmation number.

They are way overcharging to begin with and also charging constantly for calls that are being picked up by the answering machine.

They are ripping everyone off who is using this system.

They gave a payment of $100.00 I made to a number that was not even close to my number and I did not even receive an apology for this or any of the many other times they have made errors in their processing.

I am sick and tired of this CBS and I want to start a lawsuit or do whatever needs to be done to put a stop this multi-million dollar rip off company.

Department of Corrections need to stop using this company or they are just as guilty of ripping us off as CBS..

I agree with Dan on the fact that we too are being treated as criminals by having to use this company when all we want is for our loved ones to be able to stay in contact with those of us at home.

Please stop this company and I will do whatever I have too to help stop CBS..
