I set up an account with Correctional Billing Services that I did not get to use because they have not removed a block previously put on for the previous owner of my phone number and once I argued with them they closed my account without my consent and refuse to resolve the issue yet hold on to my prepaid amount of 50.00, I cannot seek resolution no matter what I do. I even had a supervisor tell me that I was given the run around and that he could not help me further, he would not provide me with a name or number to call of someone in charge either. I have been yelled at by their customer service representatives and hung up on. I'm tired of this company.
