Came across Larry Cosper of Cosper Financial Solutions in Atlanta, GA. He claims to be a private lender who lends money for different real estate investments. Charges 2% of the total loan amount as a fee to lend the money, sends you a contract with all the terms of the loan-duration, interest etc. Once I paid him and signed contract to proceed with the funding he stopped communicating with me. He was nice and pleasant until I paid then he disappeared.
He eventually never funded me the loan and I lost the contract to purchase the property and my money. He never refunded me the money. It was around $ 3,000.
I hope people find this article before they get scammed as well. PLEASE stay away from him at all costs. You can also find him on Linkedin.
