Costco Costco Ameriprise Auto Insurance Very deceptive tactics. Phoenix, Arizona

I would like to warn everybody about this Costco Ameriprise Insurance. I have always known the Costco name to be a very fair company from the past. Costco exclusively endorses this as their car insurance.

This company has a very bad rating with the state insurance commission. Pretty much, my son was hit by a person that had this insurance. They gave me numerous calls, I would hang up on them, they insisted that they were Costco Ameriprise and that they would treat me fair and that I did not need an attorney.

They would use a different type of tactic, they would come on strong, and try to be your friend and then diceive you by jerking you around and lieing about recieving the paperwork from the docotrs when they have sent the info 5 times.  Then when they do recieve it they then ask for more info that they should have asked for in the beginning.

They keep sending letters saying that they are waiting for the information and that they need more time. This company has a bad record on not paying out what people deserve. They have been jerking me around for 2 years, they keep adding irrelavant requests that are not even related to the case.

They try to stall you to try to get to the end of the statue of limitations and force you settle for the cheapest amount.
