Countrywide Home Loans ripoff Did not pay tax bill after taking my money added extra fees Simi Valley California

Countrywide did NOT pay my real estate tax bill, after having me pay them my hard earned money each month in an escrow account for the last year. I cannot get them to pay it. This is a violation of federal law. I have told them repeatedly to get me off of their stupid escrow tax program. I will pay my own real estate taxes, they cannot be trusted to pay the bill. I now have a delinquent tax statement with late fees and a blemish on my record. The bill was due in Jan, still not paid as of today, 2/28/2006.

Countrywide previously tried to add charges of $140 onto my bill for THEIR attorney fees. They did this months after I had paid off their foreclosure and all fees.

My mortgage payment is $604.34 each month, but they send me bills for $790 and $825. They are always adding fees and charges. They make up exhorbitant late fees, even when I am not late.

Countywide is dishonest, unethical, untrustworthy and incompetent.
