Hi,on 5/26/2015 Iwent online to countyimports.com to shop for a 150 cc motor scooter. These people have a big web site that sells atv s, motor scooters and motorcycles at internet discount prices. On their site they advertise discounts for purchases. They have Military discounts .senior  discounts and some coupon for summer cash for gas 50.00 dollars.  I placed my order over the phone with the sales rep Wayne because I needed to ask about the military discount and how to apply it to my 1520.89 dollar order for a motor scooter.I explained to him I am a Vietnam veteran and he told me I would get a 50.00 dollar military discount that would brig my total down to 1470.89 dollars. He told me when Icome to the comments box on the form to put  Military Discount Wayne   I did this and finished the order info. and submitted it.

To keep this report short, I never received any discount and was charged the full price of 1520.89 to my credit card.well here we we are July 10 more than 5 weeks from when I placed my order and no 50.00 dollar refund to me.  The scooter was delivered with its paper work 3 weeks ago with no problem.Basicly my patience has run out with this company since Ihave sent them 3 emails within the last month asking for the money back ,all emails were never responded to.I called their sales line and talked to Wayne the sales rep that did my order and he told me I would have to get it back from them, well I dont think they wanted to do that or woud have received it long ago. All I can say is I shop many places that dont offer a Military discount and I have no problem with that .But what I have a problem with Is a company that advertises Military Discounts and shows all the Military placards on there site to promote sales and does not live up to it ,as in my case.  Richard C G Sr.

This is a update on a report I filed ,report No. 1241089 dealing with a 50.00 dollar refund to me for military discount on a new motorscooter through San Wes Inc. in San Diego Cal.Well on August 25 th I recieved a 50.00 dollar check from San West Inc. with no letter or explanation. It took me over 3 months to get the check that was supposed to be deducted from my order in late May.I am not sure why they finally sent it,maybe they realized it was the right thing to do or pressure from the BBB or Atty Generals Consumer affairs dept. in Sacramento, Cal. where I filed  complaints.I  have no other problems with this company, but will not do any further buisiness with them.                                                                                                                                          Richard,   Willowick,Ohio
