Beought my 2012 Jeep Liberty with 60 miles on it brand new. After the 1st week the passenger side area where the airbag and dash come together began to desperate & and the dome light benzel plastic began to warp. I brought it back to the dealer and they said no problem(I know the service manager). Took my jeep home all was good for another week and dash separated again. This time was different went back to get it fixed again and they said no because they already did the (bulletin fix). I explained to them numerous times that I was not correct and was still separating and they said that all they can do and told me all the 2012 liberties were like that. I walked through the lot an found one that was just starting. Went back to service department and explained that its was not fixed as they claimed and asked them to fix it again, again was told no again. Asked to speak to service managers boss he came out and told me the same thing.

So I asked to speak to dealer manager and explained issue he came and looked at it went and talked to service. Came back and said they had already fixed the problem and that's all they could do. I told them I was going to call Jeep and they said go ahead. I went home and called corporate corporate took my info and I waited another week went by and I finally got a call back and was told to go talk with the dealer again . Went back pulled car into service drive and was told they couldn't service my jeep because I filed a complaint. I went into the front of the dealership and asked to talk to the manager Ricky red corn and the owner Dennis cauley because its a brand new jeep and service would not do the work. Was told owner was busy and manager refused to help me I even offered to pay the difference to upgrade to a 4 door wrangler and was told no. Took manager out side and asked him if the dash was normal with the gap and the wave in it ( you could see the airbag) he said yes I slammed the door and yelled at him that it not normal and that it was BS that I'm paying for a brand new jeep and they won't fix it. He told me I needed to leave because other customers were there and I was being to loud. I told him have the owner tell me to leave so I could talk to him and tell him owner refused to come talk to me and sales manager had me escorted off the property but local law enforcement. Went to Ft. Collins jeep wasn't there 10 min and they were taking pictures of it and emailed them to corporate. Corporate called me Monday after and said its totally covered under warranty and they were Terribly sorry I had to endure such treatment and that they would be taking care of that issue.
