I won 2 auctions on ebay from Charlie Pickering (ebay identity; cowboybullrider71) who has a custom leather shop as well. He took the money, including shipping and then never shipped the items. In his first e-mail he claimed that he had been in the hospital for 2 weeks and that my items would be shipped immediately. Course by the time I realized that the items were not going to arrive, time had run beyond what ebay and paypal will insure. Not sure if it was deliberate or not, but I have never been able to get him to respond since the hospital e-mail. He is silent. I never got the halters and I never got my money back. I can do nothing. Don't trust him. He will use your good nature and sympathy for him in order to rip you off.
