CR England Inc RE-training!? West Valley City Utah

I started working for Cr england a little over a year ago. I had to leave for a few months due to medical conditions and spoke with the head of hr Carrie Johannsen she oked it. One day I went into do my safety video and was unable to sign in. I called concerning this they told me it was computer automatic but i was rehirable. So when I called and told them I was coming back they said ok I have to go through a refresher course it was than that i found out that I had to pay a second school loan after being told that if I completed the I would not have to pay another one. Not to mention that the recruiter told me that it would only be a 10 day course.

wELLL to my surprise I get out there the class is the 10 day program and they have put through the full training 21 days and 30 cat program again and check this out they conveniently lost my completion of the cat program last year. So they send me out with a trainer I got off his truck which seemed to be an issue my reasons for getting off were valid i didnt feel safe with his driving. So the droppped me off in texas where i sat for a week waiting for another trainer. I get a call at 0600 from the placement co. asking me if i would get on the truck with someone who has had there cdl for 2 weeks and a trainer I said i didn't feel comfortable with that thought about and called her right back and left a message stating if it got me through the program. 5 minutes later I get a call from my Tc stating that because i refused the trainer that she was firing me to find my way home from texas that they werent paying me for my time and that i had to pay to hotel bill for the last week. Well needless to say I contacted some people and was able to save my job.

I finish my training and they make me go out with a what is called a cat this man on 3 seperate occasions has cursed me out refused to let me use the bathroon when i need to stop. I didn't want to call out of fear from what happened the first time. I did and got the response that I expected nothing is done. I have done all the work while i have been on his truck and been made to drive illegally and if I tell England i know the won't listen but if i get caught they will fire me so I am stuck in a predicament I dont want to lose my job but is it even legal for them to treat people this way..
