Paul Castagna of CR Technologies offer me the wildfire Virtual Assistant service. They said it cost $75.00 per month (flat fee). They were taking $150, 300$ and even $600 a month without me knowing. Because my accountant did not know the detail of the service when I check the books myself I notice the overcharge.

I call Paul and told him about the over charges. Paul told me he would take care of the matter. He even said I would not have to pay for service while he correct the problem. After four month of my trying to get my money back. Paul started charging me for thing to lower the bill. But he never send me any money or credit my account.

I not sure if he is doing this to all or any other of his customer but I think he should know that it's not only illegal but it's wrong.

Our company did no such thing. AJ ran up monthly long distance bills for several months then refused to pay for them($81.71 for September 2005),So our company turned his service off. Further AJ refused to return our equipment. The recollection of the facts as stated by AJ are plain incorrect. He was very angry and his anger got the better of him. AJ was reminded several times of his monthly bills yet ignored them so they continued to build.several times he gave us credit cards that were declined for past due charges.
