With that being said I walked into the Crazy Kevin Powell Location in Greensboro after speaking with someone on the phone and being told i was approved and I asked if i was really approved because i lived over and hour away and i didnt want to waste my time.. I was told yes the only way I leaving without a new car was if I said NO! I followed up with my appointment in the location and sat down gave my information and then i was told i needed to go outside and get the milage and vin off my car??? I have never been to any dealership in my life that did not do that for me! SO after walking back out to my car and getting all of the information that i needed no one even looked at my car or showed me any cars. They said i owed to much... I only owe 1500 more than the trade value (owe more than its worth?? No Problem) then he procceed to tell me that i need to pay on my car for a few more years before that would help me. They never even Tried!! CRAZY KEVIN POWELL IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!! If you are looking for a different car, Truck or SUV Look some where else because this company tells you nothing but lies until you have wasted your time!!
