credit acceptance credit acceptance finance fraud monies wanted back on a car that went into the shop with blown motor two days after purchase st petersburg Florida

I bought a CAR ON A SAT IN 2009 AND BY that Monday the car was over heating they told me to take it to their mechanic for repair of head gasket.  That tues I collapsed and was hospitalized and once realized found out that the company they told the mechanic would be paid. The mechanic ended up having the entire engine apart wanted to be paid agreed that the dealership should pay him and never happened he stopped working with them as he stated that car should NEVER have been sold with a blown head gasket.  So the money paid to the dealership for this car should be recovered FROM THEM NOT ME. I WANT HIS REMOVED OFF MY CREDIT I DONT OWE ON THIS CAR WHEN THE RECESSION TIME WAS INVOLKED IMMEDIATELY AND THIS CONTRACT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.  THIS IS FRAUD.
