After the 3rd time of having being charged by VIP Card Services or Credit Builder....... I am letting everyone know that this company is a RIPOFF!!!! Do not give them any money, bank information, etc. I canceled the first application after I found out I was going to be charged over $150 to get a credit card with a processing fee of 19.95!!!!!! I called and canceled this application and refunded the $..... sound ok so far. Then about 6-8 mths later I was told by my bank that I was overdrawn because VIP card services put a charge through of $69.95 and the bank charged me $30.00 for the overdraft. I called VIP Card and was told to get a form from a website that I was directed to and fax it in and to call back to make sure that he got it. Did that and asked when should I be expecting the $69.95 back in my account. I was told that only $30.00 was going to be credited.... What you ask??????

At the bottom of the form I was told to sign and fax back to close the card application, it says in small test that a service fee of $39.95 will be kept for the processing of my application. outraged I said then I dont want to cancel and will file a fraud report for the bank... Nuh huh... to late they had my signature on file to close the app.... All in a days work for them.... This last time bank warns of overdrawn account again of $39.95 and bank fee of $30.00..... this is from Credit Builder..... I call them and I am told that someone went online to Credit Builder and filled out an app.... Said no Way and was told that I have to file a identity theft report with the police to get my $ back.... To get a report filed by the police you have to have a claim into your bank first that its fraud..... A HUGE pain in the %$#%!@#%.....

So I wonder how many people just let the $40 bucks slide and close their account and move on with their lives. You cant close your account until you get the credit from them but in the meantime, this scam of a company can keep putting charges through with their various company names.... I was told from the CSR that they showed my cancelation of the VIP card, but that this Credit Builder was a different program, no cancel form, just to file a fraud report.....

DO NOT GIVE ANY BANK INFORMATION TO THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES, NO MATTER HOW BADLY YOU WANT A CREDIT CARD.... IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN... ALSO YOU CAN GET A DEBIT CARD WITH THE VISA OR MC LOGO FROM MOST BANKS AND THATS JUST AS GOOD AS A CREDTI CARD..... I have spent countless hours to clear this mess up along with being charged over $300 for a card I dont have and $90 in bank fees....
