.1 TAKES THEM LESS THAN 1 HOUR TO SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT SO THEY CAN START BILLING.

2. it takes this company 3 to 4 months before they start billing you.

My story I needed a web based credit card processing company and this company looked pretty good on paper considering others that had higher rates. This company never told me that if I didn't sell any merchandise that I would steal be billed, so I contacted them and asked that they discontinue service. THIS is when the problem began, I called the merchant account manager who was assigned as my personal representative and ask that he close my account, mind you this is the same guy that said oh my." He said, you must dial customer service and asked them to close your account and when you do that they will close it in the billing cycle will stop.

I call customer service and ask that they close my account after providing them a ton of information the account number my EIN number and a  host of other things.  They then told me they would e-mail me some forms and if I would e-mail them back to them they would close my account, Granite after sending them the closure requests they never responded back, even though it wasn't writing, this was in February. My account was billed March, April and they gave me a double charge in March, 2014,  I guess that was my penalty for discountinuing their service. After several phones calls and faxes talking to different people and different people tell me that they're going to handle it I was pretty pissed off. But do be aware, with the merchant account you only have 24 hours to request a chargeback this is not like your standard bank account when this Merchantt f--ks you, you have very little time to respond to your bank. After calling them and asking where is my refund they had the nerve to tell me that they could have even billed me for May, but someone expedited my request.

This company has been ripping people off for a while, they knew exactly to have me send them a voided check and they could just keep draft the money as long as they wanted or until I put a stop payment. I have $98.90 with the unauthorized charges.......

Stay away from CreditCardProcessing.com/  Merchant Service is the other name that they use.  DONT BE FOOL. When I get dont they will loose hundreds it not thousands of customers.
