credit one bank destroyed my credit california Internet

 hello , i was offered credit card from credit one bank 3 month ago and I accepted , first month iv never resived statement from them , i had no idea when is my due is after i get a call from them and i was charged for 25$ late fees i tell them iv never resive my statemant .. she said i need to make a payment for around 60$ and inedd to registered my card online i did and i made a payment and on tap of online banking a get a message you payment was resived .. after couple days i get another call from the bank representative said my payment was declined by my bank and i need to make a payment by the phone and i did everything by the phone , next month (february) i login in my online banking and made a monthly min payment and also a get a message my payment was accepted .. yesterday i was tryng to put some money on my account and make a payment of half of my credit limit when I went to my online banking its says your account is closed i call to the custumer service : they said because i had 2 late payments they closed my account the representatives are so rude not helpful and they hang up one me 3 times horrible bank horrible custumer service i had good credit score i have 5 credit cards iv never late for a payments and they just destroyed my credit at all :( help me pls
