This is quite simply the truth. Credit One failed to close my account that was paid in full. They subsequently opened three additional accounts deceptively without my permission. Their lawyer, Narine Yenovkian, who is in house, said it would take at least 30 days to investigate because she could not access personal accounts. She goaded me into arbitration, which could cost them $50,000 or more. But this time Credit One will be facing FTC, OCC, CFPB.gov complaints. Arbitration would be great in Jams since Narine yenovkian is a Canadian self taught attorney who cannot legally practice outside of Nevada. Now come get me Narine Yenovkian. The truth is.not defamatory. Sue me. I dare you.

Jim, let me retort:

Here is what you said, and my responses.  Since we cannot see eye-to-eye, I will not respond to your further rebuttals.

Your entire report doesn't make sense, and there seems to be a lot of missing information here that I bet would explain quite a bit.  Where I would not be shocked if a lot of this missing information doesn't have you coming off looking so good.

I had one account with Credit One Bank.  They subsequently opened three additional accounts.  The original account was paid in full.  However, now they are violating the FCRA by reporting fraudulent accounts.  Does that make me sound bad?  (The question is rhetorical).

First off in your title you stated "Logo confused with Capital One".  What does that have to do with them not closing your account or according to you opening up 3 additional accounts without your permission?

What is the purpose of this question?  Look at Capital One's Logo, then look at Credit Ones logo.  The could be the same.  It's a crooked knock off, by a company owned by the Sherman Group, one of the largest debt collectors in the USA.  Do you work for the Sherman Group, Jimbo?

Then you bring this lawyer into this.  Why would a lawyer be involved in looking at fraudulent accounts.  Not only that but why does this need to go to arbitration.  Exactly what are you arbitrating.   And how exactly do you get to $50,000?

The agreement requires all disputes to be settled in arbitration.  Credit One refused to correct the issue since June of 2015, leaving my credit worse off.  Their customer service is in the Phillipines.  They validated a debt that does not exist.  These are "statutory" violations.  Look up the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  I don't have the time to explain how our legal system works, Jimmy.

But let's look at something else, and this may be a lot of your issue in having your ego bruised.  You basically equated this person to a "self taught" community college student who is lucky to be practicing anywhere.  But even with what you feel are her lack of qualifications, and based on your report your feeling of invincibility.  There is no getting around the fact that she got the best of you and "goaded" you into arbitration.

Actually, she would not like to go to arbitration.  But she is hard-headed and wants to pay thousands.

Oh and NO I do not work for them or any credit card, I also have no idea who this person is, nor did any research on them.  I am strictly going off of what you have said.

Jim to the rescue!

Wrong Jim. She may only practice in-house in Nevada. She may practice in Canada and California. She cannot practice Pro Hac Vice in Colorado. And she was indeed self taught per her Linkedin. Whittier is the community colleges of law school. Sorry for you Jim that you ate intentionally misrepresenting facts to defame me. Keep barking. You have no bite.

This attorney is a graduate of Whittier Law School in California and is properly licensed. In view of your very obvious attempt to defame this individual, nothing else in your probable fraudulent report matters.
