I ordered a trial for skin care. I called and canceled withen time frame.I have confirmation # and date. The company proceded to charge my bank account. I called and agent said it was agent error and I should have never been charged. Agent reversed charges but it over drew my account and I was charged overdrafts on each item $77.00 total. Called company and the agent hung up on me and the other agent said I knew what I was getting in to. I did everything to meet policy.
