Crescent Bank gives PRIVATE info to your employer, co-workers, family etc!! New Orleans Louisiana

I purchased a truck in May 2004. paid pmts of 500.00 on a 376. note every month. Bank LOST payments and is now trying to reposes my Truck!! Every time I called them and said her truck is paid for they would say OK make 2 more payments and we will get this matter cleared up. OK I send in two more payments and then BOOM they want two more. This goes on for 8 or 9 months b4 I say enough is enough, NO more payments!! No one will call you back. Several times I have come into the bank to make payments and they tell me "you don't owe a payment this month" BUT I know that I DO owe a payment and they say "No there is like 800.00 on your account. THAT MONEY IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING TO KNOCK DOWN THE 19% INTREST AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO MY NOTE OVER THE PAST YEAR 124.00 PR MONTH!! WHY IS IT JUST SITTING IN SOME UNKNOWN ACCOUNT AND NOT BEING PAID ON MY PRINCIPLE??" then the money disappears!!!!

I have proof of most if not all of my payments. (Thank GOD!)

Now they call and give out info to my employer, family, and secretary such as:
This is Crescent bank we need to speak with _______"
"She is not here "
them
"Well did you know that she is 3 months behind on her car note and we will have to send the police to arrest her at your place of business if she does not make up theses car payments?"

They have called my mother, my sister, my husband, my brother in law, my secretary at work!! Telling them that I am 3 payments behind on my car note and that the POLICE are looking for me to ARREST ME FOR STEALING MY OWN CAR!! It's the same woman I always deal with and she KNOWS that my car is paid for!!

They refuse to give me a copy of their records of all my payments for me to compare to MY cancelled checks. I was told by an attorney that they are required BY LAW to give you a refigured summary of your account once pr year. I have never gotten anything like that from them in 4 years. Not even when I call and ask them for it.
I have called around trying to find attorneys but no one wants to take the case.
