EVeryone knows cricket has the WORST customer service EVER but this one takes the cake I have cricket because of my high minutes used per month and as such I used up my nokia phone so I had to go to the cricket store and pay $150.00 for a new phone and when i called to get it activated they charged me $15.00 what a bunch of B.S and I pity anyone that needs to talk to a real live person on the 800 number it just wont happen if you can afford it or dont need all the minutes go somewhere else for your phone service

Just to let you know, I had my esn changed through U.S. Cellular, they charged me $20. So I know Cricket is not the only ones who charge that fee.

That is a reprogramming fee, they dont waive for anyone. You could have ASKED about any fees before assuming it was free, but they charge that to everyone its not just you...
