I agree, Cricket's rebate processor is HORRIBLE!! Unfortunately, Cricket uses a 3rd party company to process rebates...and they do NOT keep a good quality control check on them AT ALL. It was the SAME way when I used to work for them. Whenever customers called them, they claim they NEVER get ANYTHING from the customers...even when customers send the correct information with a TRACKING NUMBER!!

I personally think the rebate processor is a FRAUDULENT company. I did some research on the Internet for you. If you logon to Cricket's website and search for "rebate" on their website, you'll see a "rebate" link. When you click on that link, you'll see that the website changes to "www.web-rebates.com/mycricket". Copy and paste ONLY the ".com" part of the address into your address bar (without the "mycricket"), and look at the bottom of the web page. You'll see who the company is that processes the rebates. They've actually had quite a few lawsuits...
