I ordered a cricut machine from cricutoutlet.net on 7-19-08. They charged my credit card on 7-20-08. I tried numerous time to contact by phone and emails, but no one replies. I cancelled my order on 8-3-08. It is now 9-3-08 and I still can't get my money credited back to my credit card.
This girl evidentially reads her emails and gets her phone messages or how would she have know to cancel my order?
Some people must think they can hide behind a web site. Just wanted you to know what a great businees this is!

Almost 2 months of trying to claim back what was mine!

Finally today 9/12/08, I have received a credit to my credit card back from the cricutoutlet.net. I believe it was only because of my hounding and sounding of alarms that this happened. I have heard all the excuses. When it all comes down, "customer service" will either make or break a business. I should have never waited this long for my money back!

We refunded this customer in full. We were having a problem with our system. It would cancel your order but would not refund the card automatically. We have fixed this and went back 6 months and have reviewed the 9 orders that were cancelled. We found 7 of 9 were refunded and we manually refunded the card. Once again sorry for any problems this may of caused.
