I have just been notified of this review.

I am concerned at the level of dishonesty and misinformation that you have included in your review. I am not surprised that you have chosen to hide behind anonymity and troll at arm’s length.

For the record, your sons as far as I know, never played rugby and I never met you through rugby or the school.

I was approached by your architect who asked me to look at your job as four (4) other builders had either over quoted on the job or passed on the job all together due to the difficulty of the roofline.

I have all of this communication recorded on email.

Neither yourself or your husband met my youngest daughter. She is Chronically ill from Epilepsy that was brought on by Encephalitis when she was 18 months old. She has been resuscitated 3 times and can have up to 70 seizures a day without medication. I have 10 years of medical records from four (4) Paediatric Neurologist’s (including a study at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane) if you wish to review them.

At no time has anyone said she is terminal. If you had ever met an epileptic, you would know that they cannot have a seizure on command.

To comment on a young child whom, you have never met, is appalling and pathetic.

To comment on a young child whom has a chronic illness and struggles with epilepsy daily is beyond reprehensible no wonder you hid your name.

You never met or spoke with my wife at any time so how can you comment on her?

Your reference to the Build Contract is astounding. Your husband created the conditions on the contract including the fact that you were to be in charge of every facet of the build. That is why the contract stipulates that your husband and yourself are the PROJECT MANAGERS.

No one can force anyone to sign a contract. Particularly one that you put together yourselves and had reviewed by both your lawyer and accountant prior to signing.

The contract says that as Project Managers you had control over every cent of the build including all materials, labour and build decisions. My only role was to provide labour and co-ordinate trades on site. The contract is very clear. I can send you another copy to provide clarification if you wish.

Your husband made all the decisions in relation to materials as outlined in the contract. You delayed your own job for almost four (4) months because you could not make a decision on the frame layout.

Your husband had his own accounts for materials.

Yes, I did spend the money that I earnt from your job, and many other building jobs, on school fees this is because I value education, I also spent the money on food, mortgage, clothing and medical bills. Any father would do the same.

Your contract was wound up as you failed to pay your invoices. I note that you left this out of your review! I have multiple emails and a formal agreement to support this. We finished your job at lock up stage which was agreed by yourself and your husband. This was formally recorded and lodged with Armidale Council through the PCA. Copies of this are available for review.

The only “panels” that had to be removed was cladding on the side of the old house (outside the build area of the contract) This where your husband made a mistake in ordering the incorrect cladding and the old house did not match up with the new extension. This was after I ordered the correct cladding but he sent it back.

You never spoke to my wife at any time before, during or after the build. She most definitely did not converse with you let alone swear at you. Phone records show that the only phone call logged after the build was your husband ringing me. I still have the voicemail. It is his language that you should concern yourself with.

If what you are saying is correct in your review then we would have had this conversation in the NSW Court System, however that has not occurred. Further I would have had my builders licence taken from me. That has not occurred either. Instead, you have decided to “anonymously” troll my family and myself, hidden behind the first amendment of another country’s constitution.

You are correct that when we finished your job in 2019. A full year before you posted this review. We moved to take multi-million dollar contracts. All of which have been successfully completed without a problem. As is the case with every job prior to yours.

You also forgot to mention in your review that I am a retired highly decorated NSW Police Officer who’s last posting was as an investigator for Special Crime and Internal Affairs integrity unit (SCIA).

I was awarded the Commissioners Regional Citation for ethical standards in a special investigation.

I have a copy available for review if you wish. NSW Police will confirm this.

Further a Licence Check with NSW Fair Trading will show that I have had no rectifications, no defects, no sanctions imposed and no fines at any time in my building career.

I formally ask you, “anonymous”, to cease and desist your attacks on my family and my integrity. If you wish to converse with me, do so privately.

Your dishonesty and slander constitute defamation under the Act in NSW. Hiding behind the first amendment of the USA does not insulate you from prosecution.
