crown corr discriminates against age las vegas, Nevada

i'm a construction sheet metal worker with local 88 in las vegas nevada,i was dispatched out to the new terminal at the airport (t-3) ror crown corr, a roofing and siding company,not in this locals jurisdiction.i started work on 01/26/2010 and was laid off on 02/05/2010,all the workers in local 88 were cmplaining about crown corr and that they were getting rid of people over 40 years of age,at the time i got my dispatch papers i was unemployed ,so i couldn't refuse the work.at the same time i was dispatched out i was number 155 on the out of work list,this company kept me working for 8 days ,so they new i would be put at the bottom of the out of work list,and i was put at 555.i think this company was unjest for doing this to me,because they gave me no warning ,i wasn't reprimanded,just escorted off the job site ,like a drug user..so if anybody is thinking on working for this company ,i would think twice......
