I won a 10Gig Ipod on eBay auction item # 5757567179
The seller Bryan Corbett sent me a broken Ipod; and it DOA dead on arrival, the Ipod was examined by an Apple Store technician in San Francisco CA, and he determined the Ipod was the fire wire was broken in plug-in connection on the Ipod.
I called and spoke to Bryan Corbett at csmarkets who told me they did not have a replacement nor did here refute any of the problems I explained to him on the phone and he issued an RAM . I was more than happy to get a replacement for my son, alas; Bryan didn't have any at the moment so he alleged.
I was sent email for an RMA and I acquiesced by sending the Ipod overnight. I tried to contact Brayn to resolve the issue amicably and to no avail.
After ten days he reluctantly refunded me ONLY US $ 160.00 from US $ 215.00. Then he filed a negative feedback on eBay.
