I won a Sony PSP on ebay listed by CS Market Enterprises. The listing stated that it was a refurbished unit that had been refurbished back to mfg original specifications. When I received the item, it was obviously very used, scratched up, with knicks on the casing, scratches on the front and back from use. Repeatedly sent emails to them requesting refund and return information, but all have been ignored. False advertising....stay away from theses guys.
