Liquidation LandCS Market Enterprises ripoff - they broken items up for auction on Ebay Freedom Pennsylvania

They are known as LiquidationLand in ebay. They sell electronics mainly. I was scammed just recently in buying an IPOD. The only thing in the descriptions was "used". When I received the IPOD it was broken. It doesn't even turn on. I bid $50 for it and shipping was 22.99 for a total of $72.99. Again, this was for a broken product, which they knew. When I sent a message to them, they replied they would not do anything for me as this was a Liquidation sale and these items might not work. You buy them "as-is". Of course, after this I found out in their company description they had this line that stated they do not test their products and they might not work. I also noticed that this seller had over 800 negative feedback comments.

My mission is to stop this seller from scamming more innocent people. Beware, that they sell broken products and don't do anything for you! I would like to get them off Ebay.
