CSMarket Enterprises, csmarkets.com, Consumersolutions ripoff.fraud rude ebay rip off Warrendale Pennsylvania

I bought an item on ebay. It was a Rio Karma 20Gb. The item was described as refurbished, never used.
The item was rceived via UPS. I opened it and the face plate was all scratched. I called the company and was referred back to Rio for 30 day warranty.

I called Rioand was told this did not fall under the warranty. The manager then informed me that these were items that were not to be sold like that as never used and that their legal department was going to contacting them.

I then contacted Paypal to see what could be done. I was told I could send the item back ( of course I need to pay for shipping) and then I had a valid claim for my money to be returned.

I still tried to contact the company to see if they were willing to exchange. Still have not be contacted by them.
Ebay has an area that you can leave feedback for the items purchased. I did not want to do this till the situation could be resolved. Before this could happen CSMarkets left feedback saying I was a fraud and had filed a false claim. I will be sending the item back now.
