Curcuit City Racial profiling and singling out Victorville California

This is a copy of letter sent to Curcuit City:
I was shopping at your Victorville,CA store. On 12/12/05.I stooped at music section ask sales associate for help finding CD. Durnig this time people were coming in and out of the music deptment getting CD's and continuing to shop in store. The item I was looking for was not in stock so I selcted another CD. Walked over to Car Audio Department asked sales Associate about opinion on speakers for car. As I was leaving deptment heading to DVD section. I was stopped by floor associate in black shirt. He basiclly ripped the Cd out of my hands and said I'll ring that up for you. I looked up and said I am not down shopping yet. His reply was well it will be on check stand three when your ready to check out. Music cd's can not leave music department.

No excuse me Sir or none of that just snatched CD out of my hands. After seeiing numeras people getting Cd's and going into other deptments all the time I was there. It really pushed my buttons. I got a liitle Irate and was talking to a friend on the phone. I said one of the assocites was a piece of well you know that was racile profiling. After all the thousands of dollor's I spent in Curcuit City and He's going to front me about a lousey CD thinking I'm going to steall it.

Durning my phone conversation the same Associte said you need to leave my store your disrupting my shoppers. He said the same thing about CD's not leaving music department. I said I did not see you stopping anybody else just me. His reply was "Well if you don't like it you can go shop at BB" because your disrupting my customers. I guess he did not want the custumers hearing that he was racial profiling and singling me out. So I gladly left the store not making any purchases. After hear the rude BB coment. All the years of shopping, money spent and products bought from Curcuit City's across the U.S.A. Makes me feel like it was a waste ever shopping at your stores. I will be going back into store to get Associates name and contacting Distrect or Franchise manager about Employee. Future shopping of my self and anybody I know is pending on results: This was a copy of email sent to them.
