Mr. Alfrey has been convicted of domestic violence with underlying charges of violation of protection order as well as harassment. In Denver District court case #16CR1348. He is currently on probation with required monitored sobriety, and supposed to be living in Texas. He also has an active pending case in Adams county court for violation of protection order case #17M5257 that he is currently on bond for
