CUSTOM PAVING & SEAL COATING PROMISED A 2 INCH ASPHALT DRIVEWAY AND RECEIVED A 1/2 ASPHALT DRIVEWAY MILTON, New York

Well it has been 2 almost 2 years later and I drove by your driveway today to see another customer and i noticed that your driveway is still in great shape. It has never been touched since i repaved it. No sealer or nothing and still in great condition. Just want to say i Hope you are happy now with your job and see that i did you a good job. Thank you

I repeat do not use custom paving & seal coating they will not put down the correct amount of asphalt.you may not notice this until the stone bass starts to show through the thin asphalt which was my experience.Do not be fooled no amount of sealer can compensate for the incorrect amount of asphalt.Honest paving contractors will install 2 1/2 inches of asphalt i received 1/2 inch of asphalt you do the math.I paid $4300 for this crooked job 2 years ago the two honest paving contractors i called gave me estimates for $5300 and $5200 to pave my driveway with 2 1/2 inches of asphalt.This means it will cost me $9500.00 to have my driveway paved correctly i am not a hard person to please in fact this is the first complaint i have made and i am 73 years old.I would just like to prevent anyone else from being ripped off. I would just like to add that in june of 1990 i had my driveway paved by W.L.SMITH who did a very good job which lasted until july of 2009. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST.

I would just like to let every one know  that this customer is a very hard person to make a happy. He  was told to seal his driveway because it is right in the sun . He would not do it.. so after  almost 2 yrs he calls me up because a plow scrapped the driveway dug several holes. His  guaranteed was over i told him dont  worry about that i will still come fix it, I went to his house saw the spots offered to fix them at no charge. There as no mention of this thin asphalt  until i left his house and he could not afford to put a coat of sealer on it. I told him i  would fix it and that did not work he wanted a whole new driveway i  tried to make this customer happy but cant always win.
