In February, right after the death of my mother, I was given the name of someone who would work with me on fixing my credit so I would be able to purchase a house. His name is Mike Verti ‭+1 (610) 457-8059‬. He gave me the information for Cynthia Blake and we spoke. She said she is an attorney and she has a good reputation and that Mike has sent her several clients. I talked with her and then gave her the money and my information and she supposedly began working on things for me. I have tried numerous times to get an update on my case and when I did speak to her, she said she was in the hospital for a while, and all types of other excuses. She said she would have her associates get back with me to no avail and no response. I sent an email on Sunday, May 27, 2018 and have not gotten a response. Prior to that, I emailed on May 11, 2018 to no response. I Need my money back from this fraud. Thank you

100% Accurate

AUTHOR: Cynthia - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, June 09, 2018

Your 100% correct you cannot remove 100% accurate information from your credit. I don't do credit Repair at all!! There are ways companies have to report legally to comply with regulations of FCRA, FDCPA and FACTA so mistakes and errors don't happen. I Review documents provide to be by the companies Contract billing statements EX. and look for the actual error or Non-Compliance everyone has a right to a correctly reporting and 100% accurate credit report by law. 69% of credit reports are not reporting 100% accurately and their owners are quite literally paying for it. Correct the errors is a rigged system in favor of the creditor. Consumers are told to write letter mail it with supporting documentation wait 30 days.

Now in your mind you know your right you have a canceled check before the due date along with the billing statement and because you have stamps.com you sent it payment with a tracking number that proves they got it there on time. This error is going to be corrected “I have proof I made my payment on time they will see I did”! WRONG!!! all of your information is scanned into an OCR system that converts you carefully written letter to one of the two-digit code listed below and submit a dispute through a system called e-OSCAR. To make matters worse, out of the 29 possible codes the credit bureaus can use, they end up using the same 4 codes for “nearly 90% of all disputes. The Creditor never looks at your information that look at their computer and guess what it says," your payment was late" and through the same System they respond using ACDV” Automated Credit Dispute Verification" Click a button with no real verification "Verfied". If you’re lucky your creditor is cheap and does not want to pay for e-Oscar. The Credit Reporting Agencies will mail out a letter to them on yellow paper that has your name and other personal info (can we say ID theft anyone) with the same 2-digit code your letter is not included. Well this why your "lucky" the creditor will at very least need to leave his or her desk after the check (YES CHECK!) a box, with one of these next to it Verfied ( TOP BOX) Un Verified, made changes up date or delete ( to be honest I am not sure on the actual verbiage I am sure about the check a box part) and mail it back to the credit report agencies before the 30 days are up.

So why did I say you are lucky well maybe they spilled coffee on the little yellow letter or better yet shredded by mistake and last but not least maybe there was snow storm that held up the mail past the 30-day time frame. I know I am making jokes but truly that letter says you were late just like E-Oscar said. What do next mail out another letter with your documents demanding a reinvestigation on a form letter you got off the internet that says they have 15 days to correct the Issuse. Well guess what you just made a big "credit repair mistake" because that letter had been used a million and one times that OCR system I told you about decided that it was credit repair and frivolous. Then they mail you a nasty letter making feel like you did something wrong.  Just an FYI (Frivolous letters” are rejection letters which inform you that a dispute has not been processed. The credit bureaus are allowed to reject disputes under Section 611, but they often use this clause as a way to reduce their work load.) and because most people don't know what 611 means here you go FCRA Section 611 (a) (3) states that : “A consumer reporting agency may terminate a reinvestigation of information disputed by a consumer under that paragraph if the agency reasonably determines that the dispute by the consumer is frivolous or irrelevant, including by reason of a failure by a consumer to provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed information.”  Well now what 73% of people will throw in the towel because the system is rigged, and they feel lost they after all you are right, and you can prove it. So you hire Lexington Law and for $99 a month they will mail out your letters ( the same letters you can mail) and now guess what you are really in credit repair hell because the circle just keeps going and you keep paying your credit score dropped 40 points and you credit cards that you have had for years get closed because you score dropped so you keep paying, you sign up for creditkarma.com ( that's free I suggest you do sign up) but it is not always correct the nice people at Lexington Law tell you so they have to sign up with a monitoring service (where they are an affiliate and get paid  x amount of dollars per client that signs up) So you Sign up and well $39.00 a month you pay. Like I said you are now in credit purgatory with no way out. So, like I said from the start you have a legal right to a accurate credit report that is compliance with all federal laws.

I don't send out credit repair letter it is a waste of time. Furthermore, in the regards to the complaint filed against me I have records the My clients and the person listed above is not my client. I would love to talk to them and understand if you have my phone number why would you not just call me. I have never spoken to them I have never taken their money and I dont take wired payments.

With all that said if you are reading this and you have questions about your credit call me please talk to me you decide for yourself I have 100’s of clients that would love to get a email or a phone call from you asking about me ( I have list you can pick anyone on the list or call all off them that’s up to you) I can help I would love to help the person who was scammed and ripped off.

And use the COUPON CODE “Rip off Reports” I don’t want to see any one ripped off by the credit repair machine. I would love to inform you of your rights.  My number is listed on the complaint I always answer if I am not on the phone or sleeping. Better yet send a text and I will call you.

I would like to ADD THIS NOTE: DON'T WIRE ANYONE MONEY YOU DON'T KNOW FRAUDSTERS ARE OUT THEY THE PRAY ON THE GOOD NAME AND REPUTATION of people like me

Scam?

AUTHOR: Perry Mason - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 30, 2018

If the information contained in your credit reports is true, then it has a right to be there and future creditors have the right to know. Any wrong information can be removed by you without spending a penny. There is no such thing as "credit repair" in the sense of removing FACTS such as YOU not paying bills on time, YOU having any repo or YOU having any charge offs. If you want a good credit reputation, you pay your bills on time! Attempting to get the FACTS removed is nothing more than a scheme on YOUR PART to DEFRAUD a future creditor. THAT is a SCAM!
