D M Construction ripoff Contractor dispute against business owner White Hall Maryland

Our company has been in business since 1991 and this is the ONLY comlaint filed in any loacle. THIS CUSTOMER IS NOW OUT OF BUSINESS. SHE FAILED to make payments per the contract and then had a friend write ths complaint on her behalf. THESE REPORTS ARE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE INITATED BY BUSINESS OWNERS, so I guess she did NOT think she had any reason to complain since she failed to meet her oblgations. The operators of this site have acknowledged it was submitted improperly but refuse to remove it.

THIS IS GOING TO BE MOSTLY IN CAPS TO DRAW ATTENTION. IT IS BEING FILE ON BEHALF OF D C CONSTRUCTION.

Please be advised that Red Brick and DMC HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT. I HAVE ASKED THE WEB MASTER TO PLEASE REMOVE MY REBUTTAL COMMENTS FROM THIS SITE. HE HAS REFUSED, SO THE NEXT BEST THING IS TO THANK MS. B FOR WORKING WITH US TO BRING THIS MATTER TO A CLOSE. DMC HAS NOW BEEN PAID ALL FUNDS DUE AND MS. B HAS RECEIVED ALL FINAL WAIVERS. THE ONLY ISSUE THAT WE COULD NOT AGREE UPON WAS SETTLED BY GIVING A CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF THAT PORTION OF THE WORK.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT ITEM THAT WE LEARNED IS THAT MS. B STATES THAT SYLVESTER FILED THIS REPORT WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE. IF THIS IS THE CASE I SINCERELY OFFER MY APOLOGIES TO MS. B FOR MY REBUTTAL BEING FILED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

AGAIN, ALL MATTERS HAVE BEEN SETTLED AND i THANK ALL PARTIES FOR THEIR ASISTANCE IN ACHIEVING THIS GOAL.

So that my customers who may have seen the lies posted about D M Construction, LLC on this site, can accurately assess the quality of this site and its sponsors, read the following excerpt from one of their very own posts. I THOUGHT I WAS READING SOMETHING OFF A PORN SITE WHEN I SAW THIS:

"Dan Mickle was hired by me to do a big 2 week job in my home. On the first day of the job I paid him half of the money down. That very same day I had to leave for an hour. I came back and Dan Mickle was in my bedroom completely naked except he was wearing one of my bras. In one hand, Dan Mickle was sniffing a pair of my panties and in the other he was jackin off. Man, all the blood must have drained from my head after seeing a sight like that. I told him he'd better get out now or I'm calling the cops. He didn't do any harm to me, but got dressed and grabbed his stuff. I told him to give me my money back for the job but he just split and never gave me a dime back. He also made off with a couple of my bras."

I kid you not, this is part of one post on this site! And they CLAIM to be looking out for YOU! (THEY ALSO SAY THAT THEY WON'T POST THIS KIND OF RUBBISH!)

You CANNOT trust this site and they WILL POST anything as long as it makes an honest person aeem like a scoundrel!

First, allow me to say that "SYLVESTER" should get his facts straight before making any false or misleading allegations. He posts refernces that take you to Pizza Hut sites when the party he is SECRETLY working on behalf of is RED BRICK PIZZA WEST CRAIG ROAD LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. A company that has allowe dor encouraged him to particiapte in this forum in direct violation of a court sanctioned settlement agreement.

In his very disjointed and misleading meandering frivolous spewing of false statements, THE COWARDLY SYLVESTER fails to mention the following material facts in an obvious attempt to keep you from the truth:

(1) The owner is Ms. Deirdre Bonner, formerly of Los Angeles, CA, who is making her first attempt at operating a business. It would seem she has much to learn about doing business and maintaining the relationships that keep companies afloat.

(2) Ms. Bonner hired our company to build her new pizza shop, but after working for about two months WITHOUT BEING PAID A SINGLE CENT, we found out that she did not have the funds to complete the project.

(3) After about TWO AND ONE HALF MONTHS, she obtained financing.

(4) During the entire time she was without funding, she was not able to pay her obligations in full to this company.

(5) D M Construction DID NOT CHARGE ONE CENT IN INTEREST OR PENALTIES.

(6) D M Construction resumed work IMMEDIATELY upon being notified that Ms. Bonner had finally located a lender willing to loan her the funds to complete the project.

(7) About 75% of the project was complete before Ms. Bonner secured her financing.

(8) Ms. Bonner in spite of the SUPERB TREATMENT by D M Construction, LLC, decided to file complaints with the Conteractors Board, the BBB and obviously had her friend file with this website.

(9) There is a settlement agreement with Ms. Bonner which allowed her to receive her final waivers to release funds being provided by her landlord WITHOUT PAYING THIS COMPANY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT DUE FOR ITS SERVICES. She was allowed to forgo payment of a very substantial portion of the amount due and this company had to expend a substantial portion of its proceeds from Ms. Bonner to even recover as much as we did recover from her.

(10) Ms. Bonner, in violation of said agreement, has allowed or encouraged a third party to file a complaint on this website.

(11) Legal counsel has been instructed to pursue whatever means are at our disposal to have this website remove this slanderous post, to pursue a substantial financial penalty against Ms. Bonner, Red Brick Pizza, J Justiz Kosher Edibles, LLC, "Sylveter", Ripoff Reort and any other persons / entities who may have had a hand in posting this information in direct violation of the terms of the settlement agreement.

(12) AND OH YES, REMEMBER THAT STATEMENT ABOUT GETTING THE DOORS OPEN IN HIS COMPLAINT????? We allowed her to open for business when she owed a HUGE sum to D M COnstruction, LLC. We fought for about two and one half months after the store opened to recover the funds finally settled upon. JUST ANOTHER LIE FROM RED BRICK, courtesy of her "friend" and this site's web master who failed to check the content of this post!!!!!!!!!!!!

D M Construction, LLC and other companies owned and operated by this family for nearly two decades, have maintained impeccable reputations. Barring this one unwarranted and malicous accusation, there are no other complaints against any company operated by this family, in any state. We will not allow one faceless complainer to file bogus information on a website dedicated to destroying good companies and their owners without taking everyone involved to task for their individual / corporate roles in this affair.

(A personal note to this site: I suggest Ripoff Report consider removing her post before it causes any grief for you and this site. On the other hand, if you like lawsuits, then check your mailbox!)
