I have an order number from a purchase I made on 10/27/10. I still have not received a tracking number and my credit card has already been charged. There has been no email reply by customer service and the telephone number is not working. I'm hoping for their sake they aren't scamming people and this is a big misunderstanding. I'm giving it another day and then I'm taking further action.
