Dabado Refuses to honor warranty Denver Colorado

I bought a Bolt from Dabado and within 3 months (within the warranty period) the heating element became unsoldered and fell off. I sent it in to get it repaired and they sent me back a piece with different threading so I couldn't use it. I contacted them again and they said they would send out an adapter so I would be able to use it.

BUT they sent it to the wrong address. After pointing this out to them they told me it was my problem and that I should try to get in contact with whoever lives at the address they sent it to (which is over 150 miles away from me) and try to get the package. I tried that with no luck, and now Dabado refuses to answer repeated emails and service requests on their website.

I realize now that all the reviews on their website are fake/edited. Not a single one or two star review?? Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible company. Wish I would've checked ripoffreport before purchasing. There goes $100+ for about 5 uses.

If you're considering buying from this company, don't. They order products from China and put their label on them. You can get the exact same products from Chinese direct sites like dhgate and alibaba for half the price.
