DACOR Dacor appliances are over-priced and very low quality junk Nationwide

I bought a  stainless steel Dacor range for my kitchen.  I thought the $2500 cost would be an investment into the future for a quality appliance that should last a long time. 

I could not have been more wrong.

Within a year of owning it, the cheap plastic front bezel started to crack.  The crack was forming on the very bottom of the bezel and didn't affect the operation or the athetics so I didn't bother to do anything about it.  Over the next couple years, that crack expanded into the rest of the bezel. 

A year after that, the top front burner stopped igniting, and now the main control board has failed and this $2500 piece of garbage is nothing but a paperweight.

We stay at the condo for a couple months out of the year so the stove doesn't get much use and it still broke.

 Check the reviews on Amazon folks!   DACOR IS JUNK!!!!    Be warned!!!  Stay away from this company.

 I have tried contacting dacor and they always say they will get right back but never do.  Now I know why.
