 This company was deceptively unclear that it autorenews and does not cancel your unwanted subscription when you ask them to. After first unwanted charge, per instructions on their website, I sent an email asking them to cancel my account. I also made it clear that I was unhappy with the service, didn't like the products, and no longer ever wanted to receive products again. I also told them that their service is not clear about how it autorenews when you purchase the first package. They responded to my message but did not cancel my subscription or account. Their response was an extremely long copy-paste email, and it was not until the very end of the long email that they stated that they wanted a confirmation of cancellation. The entire beginning of the email made it seem like I had already cancelled my account. Putting the need for confirmation in the end of the long message is sneaky and not transparent. After the third unwanted shipment and charge, I responded them asking them to cancel, and they finally did. I also had 2 separate people talk to me on email instead of having the same person respond. It seemed very odd.
