Jeff Manuel, Owner of A Daisy A Day Flower Shop is completely Unprofessional. If you complain he simply cusses you out, even if you were not rude to him. He does NOT care about his customers or anyone else for that matter. Also Quality of Flowers and Plants are very POOR. Go somewhere else for Floral Needs!!!

I am the owner of A Daisy A Day Flowers and Gifts, Inc., in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and take this opportunity to respond to the slanderous remarks that I "cuss" at people who are not even rude, and that the quality of the products that we sell are "poor".
At A Daisy A day Flowers and Gifts, Inc. we take pride in treating our customers with respect and selling quality merchandise. Our flowers and plants are top quality. If anyone is not satisfied with the quality of a plant purchased from A Daisy A Day, we do our best to satisfy the customer. If a plant or flower sold through A Daisy A Day Flowers and Gifts, Inc. is unsatisfactory, the plant or flowers are replaced immediately. We receive very few complaints, but if we do, we always respond appropriately to please the customer. I take pride in running a business that puts our customers interest first, and invite anyone who has any questions regarding any complaints to contact me personally.

I regret the need to respond to vicious attacks as allowed by this website. I am hereby responding so that anyone who has any concern about my business practices may feel free to contact me, and may know that I value my reputation. The Better Business Bureau can also verify the reputation of A Daisy A Day Flowers and Gifts, Inc.

I really can't believe that someone wrote such a complaint. I have been involved with that shop for years, and must say, that no business can stay in business if it treated people the way that Amy said....come on...

Everyone knows that this florist is the best, and has the best quality plants and flowers... because he buys and sells only premium flowers, not the cheap grocery store variety...

Usually, when I see people complain there, they were unhappy that we didn't bow down to their horrid behavior, such as initially cursing, or belittling us...

Those people are the only ones sent on their way with their tail between their legs...such as Amy, no doubt. All other complaints are usually taken care of quickly and carefully. Also, what person with an ounce of common sense would believe that "he simply cusses you out, even if you were not rude to him"...get real and quit whining, you probably deserved it.
