It's been over 18 months since Dan Doyle refused to pay a SFH rent guarantee of $4,000. I've been calling weekly and he keeps saying (if you reach him) that he will pay, call me in a couple of weeks. He is an outright liar, and he tries to get joint ventures to invest in his Capital Research Group, inc. and Southest Realty business. He notified my financial advisor and when I mention Dan Doyle he shrugged. This man is a scam and he owes alot of people investment money. After several attempts to resolve this I am contacting my RE attorney to take action and put this man in jail for fraud and theft.
